Blogger of the Week: Ivânia from Ivânia Diamond

And this week will have Miss Hot Legs! :D

No, no. Tina Turner is overrated. I'm talking about Ivânia from Ivânia Diamond :)

I'm sure that most of my visitors already know her blog and that's why I invited her to join this space and let us know a bit more about what's behind the blog and the blogger. Hope you enjoy it :)

It is always complicated to talk about me, even though I know myself perfectly ...

I am a simple girl / woman who always loved the Arts area, but only at the age of 15 began to have a new passion, a new strand in this area: Fashion. I started by wanting to be a photographic model, but also participated in some fashion shows. However I was mother and my dreams have been delayed, but later began to define them as objectives. Photography is something that excites me, and the adrenaline and nerves that it causes are a creeping sense, in a positive way. To create, invent and change something is a passion too, so I did a short course in fashion design, and I loved getting all knowledge of the evolution of fashion. I

In the beginning my desire was to become a stylist, but then doubts arose. I only had the certainty that I wanted to work in the field of fashion, in a trend or even several! I love the excitement of a backstage, love fiddling with clothes, fabrics, makeup, photography, love to draw, but I keep all my sketches in a dossier. 

When I became aware of the blog world through a magazine, I decided to take the adventure, in January 2009. Yet just last year I began to have a better understanding of what were the fashion blogs. And at the end of the year, I saw my life to having another course, or trying to. Were born ambitions, goals, dreams ... I started to deal with the blog in a more professional way earlier this year, and in the first semester I got super positive results, in fact, they were beyond my expectations.

 

Today, with 25 years I already own certainties, and daily define in detail each objective and goal of mine. I tell myself every day, "I'll make it." If it's easy? Nothing for me throughout life was easy. Butdetermination and strength helped me a lot. The concept of my blog is not talking about brands just because they're beautiful and look good.No, I only mention what I like. And do not do advertising just by doing. I take it very seriously, this is my life, and can not be false! I can notaccommodate. In my blog I divulge my outfits (and not always do itdaily), I suggest items and sites to my readers, I create looks, and sometimes reveal news of the fashion world. Yet news that I just make sure you will not find in all of blogosphere. It bothers me to see too many posts speaking of the same thing. I do not want to do the same, do not want to copy, I just want to be me.

Speaking a little about myself ... I can not live without a hug, smile and kiss from my son, whom I refer as my mini fashionista, who is also my photographer and that supports me 200% Can not live without music and dance. Believe me, I'm a fantastic dancer and full of energy! Start the day with music and end with music. It is also in the music that i get inspiration, for example, my mood changes when I hear it, and also helps me in the morning to decide what to use. Strange isn’t it?

I love to read and write as well, love meeting new places, museums, old stuff, I love history, love me crying with laughter, love the beach, I love so many things! What more can I say? I have no style icons, in fact, rarely can select something or someone as a favorite. Finally, just want to add that without my readers and followers, I had not reached the place where I am, and I have to thank them. Stay with me! ;)

Kiko Make Up - More Products

Since yesterday that you can find a french manicure pen at Kiko Make Up, available in different colours.  I had to try it asap!

Colour French Manicure Pen

So I bought it in magenta and I'm pretty happy with it. It dries immediatly and it's a compact colour.

I also bought the black waterproof eyeliner that have mentioned before and a pink mat lipstick 

Velvet Mat - Satin Lipstick

My mat lipstick in number 613 and it is much better than the creamy lipstick. Even so, nothing's better than Chanel Rouge Allure <3

By the way, the sale season started yesterday here, in Portugal. I bought a few things that hope to show you during the weekend. And we'll also have a new Blogger of the Week! Feeling curious? :D

Kiko Make Up Products

Do you remember the first time I mentioned Kiko Make Up? Well, back in that time I bought some products. I was pretty happy with them and decided to buy a few more last week. The quality/price is so extraordinary that I decided to share it with you :)

Skin Evolution Foundation

This foundation is a bit thick, it's true. So I mix it with a bit of my facial moisturizer to make sure it covers my skin perfectly.

Eyeshadow

I also bought this eyeshadow in yellow. The result is a compact colour that lasts all day long. The real deal is that it is available in 81 different colours <3

Luxurious Lashes Mascara

There are several mascaras available at Kiko. I've tried some of them and they were all great. This one makes your lashes longer. It does not add volume but eyelashes go longer and separated after one single application.

Colour Definition Waterproof Eyeliner

Since the first day I went blonde, I was wishing for a blue and a purple eyeliner. At Kiko I found this one. This colour is called emerald green but it approches turquoise, as you can see on the picture below. It is amazing cause it lasts all day long, even if you wash your face several times. I'm sure I'll buy it in all the other colours <3

 

Smart Eye Pencil

I have this eye pencil in two colours (102 and 104). It is not a great eye  pencil but it is appropriate if you want to somehow illuminate the eye.

Precision Lip Pencil

My favourite red lip pencil. It is really smooth and fills the lips perfectly <3

Creamy Lipstick

To spare my Chanel Rouge Allure Mythic, I wanted an everyday nude lipstick. I bought this lipstick in Beige Dorè (393). It's not a bad lipstick but it is too "creamy" for me. I think next time I'll try the Mat Lipstick.

I'm a 28 year old girl that engineers her life to turn her dreams possible.

As a child, I used to try my mommy's heels in front of the mirror dreaming of when I would have my owns :)

As soon as I found heels that fitted me I became an happy teen :) (on that time there weren´t heels for children yet like Suri's lol)

Now it's my mommy that borrows my shoes!

I've always loved to try different outfits, some looked good and others not so much :P

My blog was born from the desire of sharing my looks, my likes, my ideas, and my mixes of colors, fabrics, patterns and styles and getting some feedback :)

Everyday I try to be creative and present the readers with something different. 

When I wake up I can be a dreamer, a princess, a teen, a lady, an executive or more relaxed.

So, I look in my closet and pic different pieces to dress the persona of the day.

Blogger of the Week: Hella, from AmberHella

Do you like that stylish vintage inspired look? Do you like mixing several different pieces together but sometimes you just really don't know how to make them work? There's a lot of places in the internet to find this kind of inspiration, I know. But if you don't know AmberHella, you don't know what you've been missing.

Miss Hella Pebble has that midas touch when it comes to not only fashion but, above all, style. So it's really a pleasure to have her here this week :)

I’m not a person who talks much about herself, I prefer to “talk” through pictures eheh but!! I was asked to…so I’m doing it with love. There is no other possible way to do things.

I started blogging in 2009 but it lasted one month! I gave up that blog and in 2010 I came back for more! I was starving for it! Honestly, truly! I use to see blogs every day and fell in love with the way people expressed themselves…The pictures, the garments, the sharing…everything just perfect!
AmberHella is a quibble for umbrella, my name being hella…got it? ;) So it was a funny way to start things. I like it simple and funny. Life has to be funny right? Can’t get to serious… and in some way I think my blog transpires that. My laid-back approach towards life. 

The blog is about my daily outfits, my travels, my buys, what I love and what makes me happy!! I am very lucky to have such lovely readers who spread the love every single day.

 

I am addicted to vintage and northern design. Urban Outfitters and Topshop are my favorite brands along with American Apparel and Bik Bok. I could talk about clothes all day, but I prefer to buy and wear them so…that’s what I do on the blog.

Don’t get me wrong, I love reading, go to museums, etc, but that is not what I am in absolute. To really define myself I have to bring up the clothes and the barbies and the shoes and the bags.
